What if a homeowner calls about an existing project issue?
We triage. If it's a real problem (water leak, electrical issue, safety concern), we mark it urgent and notify you immediately by phone or SMS. If it's a routine status question, we log it and it's in your message queue so you can handle it with your scheduled callback.
Can you integrate with my scheduling software?
