How do I connect my business phone line to your service?
There are 2 ways for our telephone agents to receive your calls.
- Have your local phone company add call forwarding to your business line. Then simply call forward your phone line to a dedicated phone number that we provide for you.
- If you already have an answering system in place, we will provide a dedicated phone number that you may leave on your system for your clients to call us directly in case of emergency.

A Message Center billing cycles run once a month on the 27th of every month. It’s important to know that most answering services billing cycles run every 28 days. That’s 13 times per year.
